The Permanent Magnet Generator with double-winding scheme was initially designed with a 10 kW power, subsequently redesigned to 15 kW. The generator was developed with the contribution of University of New South Wales (Dr Li Dong),
and is built by suppliers in Europe and also in China.
The turbine can be delivered in On-Grid or Off-Grid configuration.
Both configurations of the turbine include smart controller which regulates the rotational speed of the turbine according to wind conditions.
The controller works together with a high-quality inverter.
The turbine is equipped with elctromagnetically disengaged brake produced by RINGSPANN (Germany). The brake engages automatically in case of electrical failure or excessive speed of the turbine.
